The American Lighting Hybrid 3 COB is a high-performance LED tape light featuring COB (Chip-on-Board) technology for a seamless, dotless appearance. This 150ft tape light operates at 120V AC — no driver required — and is IP65 rated for wet locations. Available in three color temperatures (3000K, 4000K, and 5000K), it delivers up to 300 lumens per foot with parallel wiring that keeps the rest of the strip lit even if one LED fails.

Core Design & Construction
The Hybrid 3 COB features a 15mm wide PCB compatible with standard aluminum channels. Encased in a flexible IP65-rated housing with no visible LED spacing, it delivers a continuous, uniform line of light. Parallel wiring in 6″ cutting increments ensures that if one LED goes out, the rest remain lit.
LED Illumination & Performance
With a CRI of 90+, the Hybrid 3 COB renders colors accurately across all three color temperatures. COB technology eliminates hotspots and LED dots, making it ideal for visible cove, under-cabinet, and accent applications where light quality matters.
Power, Wiring & Installation
Operates on 120V AC with no external driver required. Cuttable every 6 inches for precise length adjustments. Maximum recommended single run is 75ft to prevent voltage drop. Compatible with most CL and ELV dimmers (10–100%). Field connectors available for power and linking.
