The RAB A34T3S is a field-adjustable LED area light delivering up to 15,508 lumens with selectable wattage and selectable CCT. Operating on 120-277V, the fixture is rated IP65 and DLC Premium for high-efficiency commercial applications. This versatile fixture is designed for parking lots and roadway lighting, offering a Type III distribution to provide a wide, outward throw of light from the perimeter of a site.

It maintains a CRI of 80+ for balanced color rendering and a long L70 lifespan of 100,000 hours. This model replaces up to 400W metal halide fixtures, utilizing a Type III distribution to push light forward and outward for maximum coverage from a pole-mounted position.
Electrical & Controls
The integrated constant current driver operates on 120–277V at 50/60Hz and includes 0–10V dimming as a standard feature. For surge protection, it is rated at 4kV line-to-line and 6kV line-to-ground to ensure reliability against electrical spikes. The fixture comes with an integrated photocell that can be toggled on or off to accommodate automated site management requirements.
Construction & Durability
Built with a die-cast aluminum housing and mounting arm, the A34T3S features a clear polycarbonate lens for high-impact protection. It is IP65 rated against dust and water ingress and has been tested to a 3G vibration rating for use in high-traffic environments. The unit operates in temperatures ranging from -40°C (-40°F) to 40°C (104°F) and is finished with a high-durability bronze powder coat.
Installation & Mounting
This fixture includes a universal mounting arm that supports hole spacing patterns from 1″ to 5 1/2″ center-to-center, along with a standard round pole adapter plate for poles larger than 4″ in diameter. The mounting system uses an easy slide-and-lock mechanism for quick attachment. The fixture has an Effective Projected Area (EPA) of 0.2, making it suitable for standard single and multi-fixture pole configurations.
